Dr. K S Vijayagopal is serving as a consultant in the Department of Radiation Oncology since April 2017. He has completed his MBBS from Govt Medical College, Thrissur, the Kerala / University of Calicut in 1993. He completed his MD in Radiation Oncology in 2005 from Christian Medical College, Vellore. He has a total of 27 years of experience. His area of interests are head and neck and neuro-oncology as well as Breast and Thoracic oncology Prior to joining MVRCCRI, he was working with MIOT International Hospital Chennai, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, and CMC Vellore. He is a native of Kerala.
